A non-refundable deposit is due when you place your order.  Final cost is determined by the hanging weight after slaughter.  Pricing does not include processing fees which are .99 a lb.  Processing fees are paid to the processor when you pick up.  Our beef is grain finished but grass finished is also available on half and whole orders.
